Marxelec manufactures special-application capacitors for electrical duties where the operating conditions matter as much as the rating. The range covers energy-storage and discharge capacitors, high-voltage DC and DC filter capacitors, surge protection capacitors, water-cooled and air-cooled capacitors, PD-free voltage dividers and import-substitute capacitor development.
Every capacitor is tested against its applicable IEC or equivalent IS inspection and test plan before despatch.

The work spans induction-heating duty, surge protection, high-voltage DC circuits, stored-energy systems, PD-sensitive measurement and import-substitute capacitor development.

Marxelec works from proven capacitor designs, modifies them where the application requires, and develops new designs where the electrical duty, geometry, cooling method, discharge behaviour or replacement requirement demands it.
For import-substitute work, the review goes beyond matching a drawing. Electrical rating, footprint, terminal layout, cooling condition, operating environment and applicable testing must be understood before the product route is confirmed.

to tested despatch.
Every enquiry begins with a requirement. It may arrive as a complete specification, an old drawing, an imported part number, a failed sample, a nameplate photograph or only an application problem. Marxelec reviews what is available, clarifies what is missing and confirms the design route before manufacture.

Send the application, voltage, capacitance, frequency, current, duty cycle, cooling method, operating environment, drawing, part number or photographs.
Feasibility and engineering review
The sales and engineering teams review what is buildable, what needs clarification and which product route fits the requirement.
Initial response
Marxelec responds within two working days with the next step, clarification required or feasibility direction.
Drawing or specification review
Where required, a drawing, specification or key construction detail is shared for customer review before manufacture.
Quotation and lead time
Once the requirement is defined, Marxelec confirms the commercial offer, expected lead time and applicable inspection requirements.
Manufacture
The capacitor is manufactured through the approved design route: proven capacitor design, modified design or custom-engineered development.
IEC / IS testing
Each capacitor is tested against its applicable IEC or equivalent IS inspection and test plan. Relevant acceptance results are recorded before release.
Despatch
The capacitor is packed and despatched with the applicable test certificate and order documentation.
